Read the passage carefully. Then choose the correct answer.

The birthday party at the park was a hit. Everyone who came was having a great time enjoying the food and the free flow of music. Xiao Ming went up to Suri to ask for her lipstick. He wanted to draw a cartoon character on a napkin. Suri refused and laughed, teasing him on how lovely he would look with red-hot lips.

Later, Xiao Ming volunteered to be at her service and push her swing when all the others refused. Knowing she was a brat, he patiently waited to gain her trust before swinging her high. She clutched on its chains like her life depended on them and screamed her lungs out for him to stop. She deserved it, he thought. Xiao Ming laughed as Suri climbed off the swing, her hair all over her face and her palms orange from rust. He could see that her carefully painted eyes were now a mess from crying.

"I told you to go slow," Suri cried, walking unsteadily forward. Xiao Ming shrugged and left her to whine alone. As he passed the front steps, he realized his cap was not on his head. It was his favorite Iron Man cap with the actor's face on it. He ran back to the playground and saw Suri smirking, holding his cap!

"Don't! Please, don't you dare!" Xiao Ming screamed. Suri looked evil under the scorching sun. Her disheveled hair, her orange streaked dress and her runny eye-shadow only made her look worse. She brought out her red lipstick and pointed it at him like a weapon. She undid the cap and deliberately took her time in bringing it close to the Iron Man's face. "Don't!" yelled Xiao Ming, sprinting forward.

Suri smeared the red paint all over the Iron Man's face and laughed with glee. Surf's laughter burnt a hole through Xiao Ming's heart as he saw the face of Tony Stark destroyed in her hands.
