HOW ORCHARD CARD INSURANCE WORKS |

All items, except items from the supermarket and
free gifts, from any ORCHARD outlet priced at
RM100 and above, can be replaced with the same
item if found damaged, i.e. by fire, accidental
impact or theft, within 10 days from the date of
purchase. |

Notification must be made to ORCHARD within 7
days from the time of loss/damage. |

|
• |
Coverage applies only during ORCHARD card
validity period for both principal and
supplementary cardholders. |
