Living just a stone's throw away from the sea has made the
beach my favorite spot. Nestled among tall coconut trees, my ideal spot is a
secluded one not far from my house. It offers an impressive view of the
beach, where I spend hours sunbathing on the dazzling, white sand.
The waves racing towards the shore with its frothy white foam is a beautiful
sight to behold. I am always in awe of the different sounds made by the
tireless wind. Sometimes, it is a gentle breeze that caresses my skin and
ruffles my hair, while at other times, the wind sounds disgruntled as it
shrieks and howls. However, both sounds are a reminder of the splendor of
nature.
Along the edge of the water, tiny hermit crabs scurry about aimlessly on the
sandy beach. A flock of birds occasionally soars above me, flapping their
wings gracefully as if they do not have a care in the world. These sights
and sounds never fail to bring a sense of calmness and serenity to my soul.
On the weekends, there is nothing more exciting than the sea to lure me to
its beaches. The beach serves as my perfect getaway from the mundane and
hectic routine of my life. School, assignments, and household chores usually
keep me busy during weekdays. However, on the weekends, the sea provides the
perfect escape.
I enjoy spending hours at the beach, soaking up the sun, and immersing
myself in the natural beauty that surrounds me. I am content to watch the
waves crashing on the shore, listen to the sound of the wind, and take in
the sights of the beach's inhabitants.
As the aroma of Mum's cooking wafts in the air, I am suddenly aware of my
hunger pangs. Knowing that the beach will still be there tomorrow, I
reluctantly leave, feeling re-energized and rejuvenated by my time spent
there.
The beach has become my serene escape from the chaos of daily life. The
sound of the waves, the wind, and the sight of the beach's inhabitants never
fail to bring a sense of peace to my soul. I am grateful for the opportunity
to live near the sea and experience the beauty and tranquility that it has
to offer. |
