Class divisions exist in every country and are based on various factors such
as religion, wealth, caste, color, and even habits. The idea of a classless
society is a modern concept that has been discussed, and in some cases,
attempted, thanks to Communist philosophy. In a classless society, there is
no division of society into classes and no need for social classes.
However, in practice, the Communist Party controls everything rather than
the government, and the party bosses are like demi-gods. In Communist
countries, the party is the monolith, and the people are serfs. Despite the
propaganda, the peasants continue to be poor, and the party's highly
technical people are in good books. Thus, the idea of a classless society is
impossible in the near future.
However, in a classless society, society must be conducted in such a way
that the evils of classes are liquidated. Privileges should be enjoyed by
everyone, and society must aim at social justice, where all will enjoy the
equality of opportunity and will be equal before the law. The accumulation
of wealth by certain individuals can be avoided by handling taxation laws
wisely. Thus, the evils of classes can be overcome.
In conclusion, a classless society is a utopian dream that can never be
achieved. The differences in talent, intelligence, efficiency, and health
are bound to divide people into classes. Nevertheless, society must aim to
liquidate the evils of classes, and everyone should enjoy equal
opportunities and privileges, and justice before the law.
