"Is Anyone There?" - A Dream or Reality?

I leaned forward and shouted, "Is anyone there?" The surroundings were quiet except for the echoes. I had no idea how long I had been here since I fell. As usual, I kept calling out to see if anyone would come. My mind was blurry, and I didn't know why, but I felt neither hunger nor exhaustion as I shouted, "What's happening to me?" My inner voice kept repeating that sentence like a broken record, and I couldn't decipher the meaning of my screams.

"It's the same dream again," I wondered in my head. "Oh well, forget it! It's just a dream." I got up from the bed, even though it was pitch black inside the room. However, it was already bright outside. As I walked towards the side of the room, my hand felt like it was holding onto something, and when I pulled it, the curtains rustled. Suddenly, a blinding light flooded the entire room, except for some dead corners. The sunlight filled the room, causing me to close my eyes briefly. After a while, I gradually saw the surroundings and realized that the room had not changed much from before.

I stretched lazily and yawned, preparing to turn around, but as soon as I did, I bumped into something. "Mom! Don't scare me like that; you could scare someone to death!" I said as I touched the spot where I bumped. "You only remember your mom?" My heart skipped a beat when he said that, and I wondered if it was my dad who had come back. I leaned against the white wall and slowly raised my head, scared of what I might see. My father's voice was terrifying, and his expression was no less frightening than that of a heartless killer. It was challenging to lift my head, and it felt like I would be beaten up as soon as I did.

Finally, I raised my head with great difficulty and realized that the person in front of me was someone I did not recognize. "Who are you?" I was a bit scared looking at this "unknown creature," but I managed to stay calm. When I looked closer, I realized that it was a real-life version of a character I had drawn before. This world is crazy! But what is happening here?
