rains" is fitting in describing the benefits of exercise to society in terms of
ensuring one's health.
In addition, sports activities can help reduce stress because an individual's
mental well-being requires different activities from their careers. Most sports
practitioners engage in this activity as a leisure and entertainment. A person's
psychology also receives positive input by participating in sports where
laughter and sweat are produced from the enjoyment of physical activity. With
today's technology, some of us enjoy jogging while listening to the radio or
audio recordings that share information and discuss current issues, which can be
used in our daily lives. As the saying goes, "While diving, drink water" where
one task yields more results.
At the same time, sports can also be a career for someone. Sports has the
ability to become an industry that can attract investment and become
entertainment for society. For example, soccer in Europe and basketball in the
United States generate profits from broadcast rights on television and mass
media. Therefore, with proper training and guidance, we can produce athletes who
can compete on a global scale like Datuk Lee Chong Wei and Azizulhasni Awang.
Athletes competing on a global level can earn substantial rewards if they are
consistent in competing and winning in tournaments. However, many question that
this career only lasts less than 10 years. In reality, they have a great
opportunity to find a suitable career such as becoming a coach, sports
commentator and also continue their studies in sports science while still being
involved in the sports industry.
Sports can also bring people together and foster unity. Through sports, people
can form relationships, communicate and interact with each other. This helps to
break down barriers between individuals and communities, as well as promote
social cohesion. Moreover, sports can also bring a sense of pride to one's
community and country. The success of athletes representing their community or
country in international competitions can bring a sense of pride and increase
the reputation of the community or country.
In conclusion, participating in sports has many benefits for both individuals
