As the refraction of spring light penetrated through the glass,
it sprinkled upon my bed, and even in my slumber, I could feel its warmth. I
became aware that spring had arrived.
Stretching lazily, I emerged from the covers and stood by the window, gazing up
at the slow ascent of the sun. The clouds surrounding the sun transformed from a
rosy hue to a golden glow. The rising sun always radiated brilliance and
vitality. It seemed to paint the earth, with tender green shoots peeking out and
frozen rivers beginning to trickle. Standing on this fresh, new land, an
internal joy emanated from within and reflected upon my face. The earth is not
only the mother of plants but also the mother of humanity. This piece of warm
soil beneath my feet has nurtured countless people. Under the sunlight, it is so
beautiful that words fail to describe its unparalleled beauty.
In the scorching summer, a land without the nourishment of rainwater might
become unsightly. Yet, it remains stunning, covered by vibrant flowers and lush
grass. It presents another breathtaking spectacle. Upon the vast expanse of
land, one can see the imprints left by lovers, a harmonious scene where shallow
footprints coexist with beautiful blossoms. The warm earth embraces every
creature upon it.
In the blink of an eye, autumn arrives, and the abundant fruits fly from the
ground into people's homes. The land fosters the growth of these fruits,
offering its entirety to humanity. Under the sunlight, the land glistens with a
golden radiance, and the faces of farmers beam with smiles, grateful for the
selflessness of the earth. The cool autumn wind carries away the withering
leaves, which fall upon the land. After departing from the embrace of Mother
Earth, they ultimately return to their homes. How tolerant the land is,
accepting all things.
With the drifting of fallen leaves, autumn approaches its end. Winter's
footsteps quietly draw near, and the farmers sow their cabbage. The land
prepares for its labor once again. The first snow of winter descends from the
sky, covering the land with a warm quilt. Beneath the quilt, it supplies water
and nutrients to the cabbage. Sunlight seeps through the layers of snow,
illuminating the land, which silently smiles.
The land under the sunlight is full of vibrancy and splendor. Each season
possesses its unique charm. The land has nurtured countless lives, and I deeply
love and respect this land. |
