The Crucible of
Life
Without poverty, we lack life's test,
No worldly experience, forever
blessed,
Heroes arise from the fires of
hell,
The wealthy often succumb, unable
to quell.
In life's crucible, we are refined,
Our struggles shape our heart and
mind,
Poverty and hardship forge our
steel,
The privileged often lack the
will to feel.
So embrace life's challenges with open arms,
Face them head-on and sound
alarms,
For in the crucible of life, we
find,
Our greatest strengths and peace
of mind. |
