Mr Ting was a very greedy man. One day, he received an email
informing him that he had won a (1) complimentary
dining voucher in a lucky draw. The lucky draw was
(2)
organized by a restaurant that he had never heard of
before. However, as he did not want to miss the opportunity of
getting the prize, he decided to claim it nonetheless. The
problem was that the email (3) specified that the
original receipt had to be produced, along with the credit card
receipt. This was to be used as a (4) form of
identification. Mr Ting then decided to call the restaurant
and pretended that he had lost the receipt. Unfortunately, they
informed him that the real winner had already
(5) redeemed
the prize. To top it off, Mr Ting received a scolding for trying
to collect the prize when it was not his. |
