a one-day family outing to mark its major sales promotion campaign. The
campaign was officially launched by the managing director. Children were
entertained by a magician and a clown. The adults took part in telematches.
It was indeed a fun day for families of the employees of the company.

A factory worker, who did not
possess a handphone, was summoned to court for allegedly failing to settle
hefty phone bills totaling $18,000. The 26-year-old factory worker said she
almost fainted when she received a summons through a lawyer of the handphone
company, asking her to appear before a magistrate court for not paying the
bills.

Those wanting to lose all those
bulges around their waist must be disciplined in the eating habits, cutting
unnecessary intake of food and subjecting themselves to a regular exercise
program. They know what they ought to eat and do to keep themselves strong,
healthy and fit, but many cannot be bothered until a life threatening
disease appears at their doorstep, which by then, many be too late.

The ancient Chinese believe that
tea is good for a number of ailments. Not surprisingly, many people
world-wide take tea believing that the refreshing drink is good for health.
The ardent tea drinkers believe that tea has such power to calm as it
stimulates, to give much pleasure while doing little harm.

Alcohol and certain drugs can
trigger mental health problems. The more susceptible group are young people
and those who already have or have had a mental illness in the past. Many
drugs, including those legitimately prescribed to treat other conditions,
may interact with the drugs used to treat mental illness, making them less
effective and perhaps precipitating a crisis. |
