: Say, I am working in a hotel and when a guest comes in I want to know the number of people coming with him/her. Is that the question ?

" May I know how many of you " ?

I wish to know the typical way of saying so. Hopefully this is it.

How many will you (plural) be ?
How many will be checking in (with us) ?
