A Lonely Night
The bells and drums toll, signaling the night's great length,
The stars and galaxies twinkle, as the dawn approaches with great strength.
The ducks on the roof tiles shiver in the frosty air,
Who will share the warmth of their bed, none seem to care.
Years go by, as life and death take turns to lead,
The soul never returns to visit, in the land of dreams we don't see.
