The movie follows a group of sharpers, individuals who make a living through
their wit and cunning. The story revolves around a con involving a grad student
who needs a large sum of money to help her indebted brother.
The audience is left to wonder if she's a pawn in a sting operation or
working for a jaded con artist. As the story unfolds, the audience is taken
through each character's part in the larger story, revealing connections and
secrets. However, the film's constantly shifting perspectives and the Mobius
strip of a plot make it impossible to trust anyone or anything that happens
on-screen.
Through all of this, the director skillfully keeps the audience engaged, even
if the underlying themes about greed and manipulation are somewhat lost in the
