Blue Jean is a British drama set in the 1980s that explores a lesbian

not to “promote the teaching of the acceptability of homosexuality as a
pretended family relationship”.
The film focuses on a teacher named Jean who must decide whether to reveal
her sexuality to her colleagues and risk losing her job or keep it hidden. As
Jean navigates this difficult decision, she also becomes involved in a bullying
incident at her school that forces her to confront past injustices.
