crucial game of the season was against Shaq and the
Lakers.
Commentator 1 : The Rockets and the Lakers do battle
and both are involved in a chase now for the
playoffs.
Commentator 2 : And to say they're a bit nervous in
Houston would be an understatement.
Commentator 1 : It all ends tonight
one way or the other,
here in Houston.
Commentator 1 : Shaquille O'Neal jumping against Yao
Ming. We'll be seeing that for a long time. On the

faking. Got Shaq
in the air. Tipped up
and in! Oh, no. Tipped up and in by Yao Ming will
not. Oh! Shaquille
O'Neal just elbowed Yao Ming into the first row.
And Shaquille slams it over Yao Ming. And a
collision. Looks like Yao Ming's nose.
Referee : Personal foul,
number 11, Yao Ming, his second.
Commentator 1 : Yao is hurting. Knockout punch. So
the foul was called on Yao Ming, his
second and there are his folks, looking on,
concerned, of course. Both ears are still ringing. Shaquille O'Neal will
not be denied. And that's the game.
The Lakers win. What a terrible way to end what has
been a tremendous season.
Charles : It's hard enough just playing the game
itself but you factor in
the pressure of being the number one pick also you
factor in him being Chinese, there's never been a
player who has been through this type of scrutiny. |
