My Vision of an Ideal Society

Idealism is the pursuit of a better world. Every person's ideal society is different from one another. What does an ideal society look like to me? Let's explore together!

In my opinion, equality for all is a fundamental condition of an ideal society. Firstly, everyone should be equal under the law and in dignity, without discrimination based on social status. During the Yuan Dynasty in China, people were divided into three classes, which caused widespread dissatisfaction. Even though the dynasty was prosperous, ordinary people did not feel happy because they did not feel respected. Why should they be treated as inferior to others when they were all human beings?

Another aspect of an ideal society is the absence of war. War is brutal and causes destruction, leaving people homeless, injured, and orphaned. Children's education is disrupted, and society is plunged into chaos. Therefore, an ideal society must be free of war so that people can enjoy stability and safety.

A society without oppression and exploitation is also essential. There should not be rulers, but only leaders. The government should be designed to help people live a fulfilling life, not to oppress and exploit them. People will work harder and be motivated to contribute to the community when they feel appreciated and valued.

In conclusion, my ideal society is one where everyone is equal, there is no war, and there is no oppression or exploitation. What about you, my fellow students? What is your vision of an ideal society?
