Overcoming Adversity and Embracing Personal Growth |
|
Every place that has light also has darkness. Don't be fooled by my laughter and
jokes; it's just a disguise. Just like how the sun's rays can't reach certain
places, there are parts of me that are hidden from the light.
I am in pain, my heart is truly hurting. Apart from my parents, grandfather, and
relatives on my mother's side, who can give me the most comprehensive love, I am
just a little, unimportant person that nobody cares about.
What's even more painful is the false friendships I have encountered.
The friendships I initially had were just people who didn't want to lose someone
who they could use. It wasn't until I gradually realized this that I realized it
was too late. By the time I wanted to find a true confidant, it had become
impossible!
They despised me. I can't accurately say what they despised about me, but their
neglect and contempt made me even more hurt! It wasn't that I didn't want to
change, it was just that I never had the opportunity to change.
When I entered junior high school, I finally broke free from the bondage of
people using me! I was free! I could "hide" what I had done before and search
for my true friends! In fact, there was nothing to hide, I just didn't want more
people to know that I had been used and my dignity had been eroded.
Don't be fooled by my laughter and jokes, I was conquered by someone when I was
very young! But now, I am different from before! I have broken free from the
shackles! I have my own thoughts! I can fully make my own choices! In my world,
the era of slavery has passed! It is now time for me to continue to create a
more beautiful world for myself!
However, when forging ahead, the neglect of family members still exists. Of
course, life cannot always be smooth sailing. Life is like sailing, sometimes
the winds are calm, and the sun is shining. Sometimes, the sky is overcast, and
the waves are tumultuous. Only by summoning courage can we brave the waves and
navigate through the storm!
Every place that has light also has darkness, but we must not let the darkness
dominate our own world! The only way to grow is to overcome adversity and
embrace personal growth. |
