My Friend - Nature

Spring sheds its bright green clothes, stones lose their smooth skin, the gears of time gradually rust, having experienced the ups and downs of life. In the ebb and flow of the world, everyone plays the role of a passerby. Perhaps we once shared hardships, but in the end, we just passed by each other. Suddenly, it dawns on me that I have had a friend by my side all along - nature.

The evening breeze is like a kind mother. It always gently strokes me with its soft hands, wiping away my tears, blowing away my troubles and sorrows. Tears flow down my cheeks like a flood, and only the grass can tolerate my tears and let them slide onto its broad chest. It also occasionally scratches my back with its leaves, trying to make me happy. Unfortunately, tears have already covered my face, and the pain has hidden my smile. Even my laughter is bitter.

Humans are really strange animals. One second we're holding hands and laughing together, and the next we're cursing and pointing fingers at each other. I sigh helplessly and raise my head. The moonlight and stars are beautiful tonight. Soon, the sound of crickets fills the air, and with their music, the moon and stars show off their brilliance. Suddenly, a gust of wind blows, and the grass and willows can no longer stand still. They discard their calm and dignified "lady" masks and start dancing with the wind.

Unable to control myself, I no longer weep like before. Standing up, I join the wind, the grass, the moon, the stars, and the sound of crickets. I spread my arms, breathe in the beautiful air, and shout out loud: "My friend - nature, I am not alone..."
