Changes in my Little Brother

Time keeps on moving, and people keep on changing. You're changing too, my little brother!

In July, you were a bit plumper and paler than you were in August. You spent all day in front of the computer playing games, which made you gain weight and lose color. You didn't even want snacks when everyone bought them for you. July's version of you was very well-behaved, and if someone denied your request, you would stop asking.

Do you remember that? In July, you often ate outside the house. You would watch TV or play computer games every day, and you wouldn't eat at home. So, we hardly had any communication. I would joke with Mom, "Your son doesn't want you anymore. You should take care of yourself!"

"Sister, I won't eat at home today!" You told me, and when I agreed, you went out. You were very respectful of the people at home in July, and you would tell Mom first if you had anything to do, but if she wasn't at home, you would tell me first.

In August, you started to play outside all day, and I didn't know who your friends were. All I knew was that you were always wandering around with them outside or at their house. I think you've changed. You're no longer the same as you were in July. You're darker and skinnier! You don't even tell us when you're going out anymore. Occasionally, when we forbid you to go out, you still do. You also eat snacks frequently, making your throat uncomfortable. Last time you drank several bottles of drinks in one day, and the next day your throat wasn't feeling good. Mom told you not to drink for a few days, and you complied, but you still complained often. The July version of you seems to have vanished.

Both the July and August versions of you were still you, but I prefer the July one. September is coming soon. How will you be then?
