We regret to inform that your tmnet account has been temporarily suspended on
11/08/2005. This action had been taken as you have not settled the amount due
despite two reminder emails.
Should you need a copy of your Multimedia Bill, you may request it from
Clickers or any TMpoint outlets and make payment at the same place. You may also
access your multimedia bill via http://tmbill.tm.net.my. We would like to advise
you not to settle your payment via post to avoid delay in account activation.
Please present the payment receipt to any TM Net counter at TMpoint or call
our Customer Service center at 1- 300-88-9515 for reactivation. You may also
contact your TM Net account executive or our CMU personnel, at 03-83188221 to
arrange for reactivation of service.
We would like to stress that it is important to make prompt payment to avoid
suspension of your service. Please take note that your account will be
terminated permanently if payment is not settled promptly within 14 days from
the date of this letter.
Please be informed that terminated account could not be reactivated. Please
ignore as your login is no longer available.
