| Dear Customer, Notification of low balance inactive
account service fee
Due to the high cost of maintaining low balance inactive accounts, we
will charge a half-yearly service fee of US$20 on US Dollar savings accounts
which have been inactive for three years or more and have a balance lower
than US$150. The account will be automatically closed when the balance is
reduced to zero.
This charge will not apply to any account if the balance is above US$150
before May 31, 1998. If you wish to avoid this charge, we recommend you
either consolidate your inactive account(s) with other accounts or deposit
sufficient fund to increase your balance above US$150.
