Putrajaya: The Ministry of Health has launched a program of simple
limbering exercises of twenty minutes. Office workers are encouraged
to stay back and do these exercises before leaving the office.
Designed by celebrated health scientists, it is proven to bring
relief to the stress of working indoors the whole day with little
physical exertion. The study on the effect of these exercises on the
workers of the Moyota Vehicle Corporation over one year showed clear
improvements in both mental and physical health indicators. |
