Peggy was going to attend her first horse-riding
lesson today. She was excited

hugged her parents tightly.
For Peggy's first lesson, she learnt how to put
on her riding gear properly. This was important
because it ensured her safety. Next, she learnt ___7___
to place the harness on a horse, but she practiced
this on a wooden model of a horse's back. It looked
like the kind you saw in films. Finally, she was
introduced to a horse. It was not as big as she
thought because it was not a fully-grown adult horse
yet. It had a beautiful chocolate-colored coat of

When Peggy held out her hand to Brownie, it
nuzzled its nose in her palm. It was ticklish and
Peggy giggled. Peggy interacted with Brownie for

Peggy's instructor allowed her to mount Brownie. It
was quite scary because it was very high up. ___10___

guided Brownie inside an enclosed area. Peggy was

realized that she was not going to fall off Brownie.
Peggy enjoyed herself tremendously. She could not
wait for her next lesson the following week. |
