Well apparently he was swept inland on top of the wave and found
himself next to a huge alligator. |

How did he escape ? |

He didn't. He got on the alligator's back, dug his fingers into its
eye sockets and hung on like grim death until the wave subsided and
they were dropped down on the jungle floor. Then
he ran like hell. |
