Tony I've just been using our department's new photocopier. It took me quite a time to get the hang of it. Georgina Mary's just been telling me about it. Apparently it's a very versatile machine which can do lots of things. Tony That's just it. There are lots of menus available on the control panel and they each have lots of options. It can be quite confusing. Georgina I suppose that's the price you pay for its versatility. Tony I know but you really need a training course to get to grips with it. Georgina Perhaps that's something we ought to suggest to the boss.
