I have to photocopy these two documents. I need a copy of this one
smaller than the original, and of the other larger. |

Well you'll need to use the reducing and
enlarging facility on the photocopier. |

The copy of this one should be half the size of the original, and
the other twice the size. |

Lift the lid and put the first document on the glass face down. then
press the button marked 200% and you'll get a copy twice the size of
the original. |

OK. What about the other one ? |

When you've copied the first one, put the other one face down on the
glass, press the button marked 50% and you'll get a half-size copy. |
